SENIORS OF the UST Department of Economics, as part of the National Collegiate Economics Convention (NCEC), will be holding a forum titled “Out of Stock: Understanding the Structure of Supply Chain Management in the Philippines” on Nov. 19.
The event will tackle the surge of commodity prices and the country’s supply chains, and will provide tips on how people could “shield” themselves from the effects of inflation.
Through its invited speakers and experts, the event aims to “familiarize” people with the global issue of how supply and demand affect their daily lives.
The forum will be held via Zoom and live-streamed on its Facebook page from 9 a.m to 4 p.m F – Trisha Tamio
