THE UNIVERSITY will be opening its doors to incoming freshmen and returning Thomasian students with its annual school-wide welcoming campaign, #BalikUSTe, with its theme “Make your mark, Tigers.”

The event was physically discontinued for two consecutive years due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, halting its 2020 edition and conducting its virtual edition in 2021.

In a press release, #BalikUSTe organizer and the University’s premiere events management and media production organization TOMCAT- UST asserted that the pandemic would “not hinder them” in creating a “one-of-a-kind” experience for incoming and returning Thomasian students this academic year.

“As the university gears up for both on-campus and virtual class setups, ‘Make your mark, Tigers!’ not only brings comfort, excitement, and a glimpse of the Thomasian student life, but it also seeks to encourage students to make the most out of the academic year,” the organization added. F
