
New ABSC officers take oath, vow for a ‘fully-geared’ council
ARTLETS can still expect the Arts and Letters Student Council (ABSC) to perform at its fullest extent despite the vacancies for the positions of vice president for internal affairs, secretary, and auditor.
This was the promise of ABSC President Reymark Simbulan after he and the other newly-elected council officers took their oaths on May 11.
“What the Artlets can expect now is that we are fully-geared to serve them, considering na we are already in office,” Simbulan told the Flame. "Most especially now na na-recognize na kami ng administrators, it is easier for us to perform the job since they would expect us na kami na ‘yung incumbent [officers].”
