By KRISTINE ERIKA AGUSTIN and JANIS MOISES   President Rodrigo Duterte has extended the class suspension in all levels in Metro Manila until April 12 in an effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the country. During an address to the nation on Thursday night, Duterte announced the recommendations of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases to prolong the suspension of classes in Metro Manila as cases of COVID-19 rose to 52.
