by MATTHEW DAVE JUCOM [This is a developing story] THE UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas remained in fourth place among 16 Philippine schools despite attaining a better overall ranking in the latest Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asia University Ranking. The University ranked 175th in Asia, two spots higher than the previous year's ranking, according to the 2023 QS Asia University Ranking released on Wednesday, Nov. 9. The QS ranks the universities based on academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, research citations per faculty, international faculty ratio, international students ratio, international research network, and employment outcomes.
