The Manila City local government released last month a new fare matrix for tri-wheel vehicles through Ordinance 8979.
Prior to this standardized fare matrix, the payment was determined through the distance of the assigned route per terminal.
As Manila sets a standardized fare, The Flame asks: “How does the new fare matrix will affect the commuters and tri-wheel operators around the University?”
