Satiate your churro cravings inside the cozy and Instagram-worthy Café Churro. The recently opened branch adapted a modern European interior with its black-and-white-themed furniture, and an open kitchen that gives diners a glimpse of how the delectable pastries are made.

Café Churro proudly offers Classic Churros, which could be coated with cinnamon, and served with rich chocolate or the new butterscotch dip. Chocolate N’ Churro is another must-try; the fried treats are coated with either dark chocolate or white chocolate melted to perfection. The mouthwatering combination of Vanilla Ice Cream N’ Churro with Mango will remind you of your past summer getaway despite the rainy weather.

The café also allows the customers to choose from a variety of toppings: desiccated coconut, freshly baked velvet crisp, crunchy cashew nuts, and Café Churro’s signature Feuilletine—a special wafer imported from France.

The churro sanctuary also offers Café Americano, Latte, Mocha, or Caramel Macchiato, served hot or cold, to energize busy students.

Three Thomasian-established businesses—Dusk Cafe, TKM Sandwiches, and QAM Patisserie—united in their passion to create a new café experience, and gave birth to a haven of indulgence called Cafe Walnut.

“All our products complement each other rather than compete (with each other),” Daniella Tan, one of the owners shared.

Take your tastebuds on a journey when you order at Café Walnut. The drinks are infused with local barako coffee beans and international flavors such as Binsoo from Korea and Matcha from Japan. The creamy combination of dairy and green tea in their Matcha Latte will surely awaken one’s apetite. Further your palate adventure by drinking Mocha on the Rocks or satisfy your inner child by taking a sip of Cookie Crumble—a delightful drink topped with whipped cream, and a cookie perched on the side.

Accompany your choice of drink with a delectable plate of pesto pasta. The mix of peanuts and chicken create a subtle yet sumptuous combination for pasta lovers. The café also offers sandwiches for those on the go. The sandwiches are an ode to home, as the focaccia breads are finely stuffed with Filipino favorites such as beef tapa, embotido, sisig, or adobo flakes.

A good dessert makes a happy heart. Café Walnut’s desserts are especially made by their own baker, ensuring quality ingredients for all of their cakes and pastries. Customers are also given the opportunity to design cakes according to their preferences. Fancy sprinkles and chocolate coins on a delicious yema cake, or perhaps marshmallows and flat tops all over red velvet? There are countless possibilities to sugary goodness!

Bon Appetea guarantees a bon appétit with its assortment of quality milk teas, ice blended frappes, and heavenly waffles—all with a student-friendly price.

It is home to irresistible snacks such as Chunkee Monkee—a chocolate waffle topped with whipped cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and chocolate syrup.
